PLEN Annual Reports
Each year in July, Culture Counts creates an Annual Report that provides a snapshot of the aggregate impact results from shared survey responses collected by network members throughout the preceding financial year.
The reports highlight the vital impact of libraries, and strong trends across libraries nationally, and include year-on-year analysis that shows how results, impacts and perceptions have changed over the years of the project.

Public Libraries Evaluation Network Report 2022-2023
The Public Libraries Evaluation Network (PLEN) is a nation-wide data collection initiative designed to help libraries better understand and illustrate their value. Delivered by Culture Counts, the project has completed its fourth year with 33 participating libraries collecting 8,667 survey responses across 5 states in Australia.
